Drew, a San Diego native, started in real estate in 2010, flipping houses with a private equity group. He became a licensed broker in 2017 and has completed over 400 transactions. Drew specializes in deal underwriting, construction management, and business operations, helping investor clients maximize ROI over the past decade.
CHRIS
CHIEF ACQUISITIONS MANAGER
A second-generation real estate investor, Chris has owned up to 140 properties. With an MBA in Finance, he previously owned a mortgage business. He focuses on deal analysis and acquisition strategy, ensuring that the firm makes high-value investments.

Zack manages CRM systems, marketing campaigns, and lead generation. He has a BA in Business from UH Mānoa and serves as the webmaster and technical advisor for Islander Investments.

Spencer oversees all property operations at Islander Investments. He holds a BA in Construction Management from Cal Poly: SLO and ensures efficient project execution, budgeting, and coordination of construction and renovation efforts.
